Product Review: Pantene Aqua Light Hair Care

Pantene Aqua Light

I was lucky enough to be randomly selected to review some Pantene products as a member of the Divine.ca Product Review Squad. It had been at least a year that I had been a member of this review squad, and I had never been selected, so I was very excited. Over the years, I have tried many different types of hair care products, but have consistently returned to Pantene as it seems to keep my hair looking clean and (relatively) manageable.

Over the years, Pantene has become an industry leader in hair care. They literally now have dozens of different types of products that cater to any type of hair. Pantene makes products which cater to colored hair, gray hair, permed hair, fine hair and frizzy messes. No matter what shape your tresses are in, odds are that Pantene makes something that can make them look good.

Their new line of hair care products are called Aqua Light. These products are silicone free, and water soluble meaning that they lather well and rinse out of your hair easily. This formulation is meant to be fresh and light, leaving your hair manageable with no discernible residue.

I was sent the Pantene Aqua Clear Shampoo, Conditioner, and Conditioner Shake Spray, all full-sized bottles. I used all of these products for a period of two consecutive weeks, after which I was asked to fill out a survey and describe my experience using these products. Overall, I was very impressed with these products. I found that the shampoo and conditioner cleaned my hair well, and left it feeling natural, and not heavy with residue. The conditioning shake spray was a FABULOUS addition to their product line, I have curly long hair, and it is really difficult to comb it out after getting out of the shower. I used this spray and it was easier to comb out my hair, which is always a bonus.

I very much liked the Pantene Aqua Clear product line, and will most likely be purchasing them at some point in the future. (when they go on SALE of course, as I try to never pay full price for any of my hair care products!)

Disclosure: I was sent these products as a member of the divine.ca Product Review Squad. I received no monetary compensation from Pantene, or divine.ca for my honest opinion.
